THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING

I work for a large tech company in the area. We have been long-time customers of Crown Trophy, but this was my first time working with them. I found out at 5pm on a Friday that we needed a rush order of 36 engraved crystals for our company-wide conference the following Tuesday. I emailed Victoria and she immediately called me back to talk through the details. She and her team went above and beyond to complete our rush order on time and without hassle, all while staying within our budget. The customer service was outstanding and I can't thank them enough for all of their help! The Crown Trophy team saved the day and turned a stressful situation into a piece of cake!!
